When you receive your authentic handbag please firmly fill your handbag, bag or tote bag with clean white paper or soft clothes for a few days to allow your handbag to take on it's natural shape. Your authentic product has been dispatched in a box so it will be flat and not have it's normal shape.
Returns
We do accept returns on our authentic designer products if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Conditions Apply. See below.
1. You must provide within 24 hours of receiving your authentic designer product/s pictures of why you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
2. You must pay the return costs of your purchase back to our factory. We only accept goods returned by registered mail with a tracking number.
3. You must supply the registered tracking number for your returned product to us by email within 24 hours of returning your product. If you do not supply a tracking number for your purchase and this expensive item is lost or stolen we cannot give refunds for products that are lost or stolen and have no tracking number.
4. After your product is returned to the factory and your purchase has been checked to make sure that it has arrived back at our factory in the same condition that it was dispatched we will then contact you advising you of this. No money will be refunded until approval by our factory of your claim.
5. After our factory has checked the returned purchase and we have received approval then we will refund money/monies less shipping cost. No shipping costs will be refunded.
