All the products listed in the present website are 100% authentic, and come just only from very few selected authorized Italian sellers. All the handbags and accessories come with their original packaging such as dust bags, cards, authenticity cards.

All prices on our website do not include GST as we deliver worldwide.  When purchases are made GST is added for deliveries in Australia. 

Where do you ship your products? 

Yes we ship all our Authentic Designer Products worldwide.

What shipping methods do you use? 

In most cases, our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days upon the order placement. If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

We ship all our quality Authentic Designer Products through DHL and Fedex service to your door. You will receive a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment.

How much are shipping costs?

We charge $A49.95 delivered to your door.  For all designer handbag/bag this cost is charged for each purchase.  Because all our authentic designer bags are very valuable we do not want items lost or misplaced for you.  We send your purchase/s by a very secure delivery service. 

Exceptions to this $A49.95 delivery charge are -

1.  Orders for Wallets/Purses.  As it is a smaller item we will advise delivery charge on application.

2.  If you place an order for a handbag/bag and purse/wallet to the same address we can give you a cheaper delivery charge.  Our Customer Support Team can advise you of this cost at time of purchase. We do not make any money on delivery charges.  

For purchases of Handbag Holders only $12.95 is usual delivery charge when purchased without purchasing a handbag/bag.   Quantity orders delivery cost to be advised on application. 

How long is delivery for Back Order Products?

Back Order designer products take 2 weeks from full payment of purchases.  Back Order products are only offered from our factory after full payment has been received.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, eCheque and from your bank accounts thru Paypal our secure merchant gateway.  

Are the colors of products exactly the same as pictures on website?

Colours of products may vary from colors on this website due to different colour lots.  We endeavour to send same color products when ordering  number of matching products.
